    support of Sea Shepherd Australia and aims to raise awareness for the
    Southern Ocean Antarctic Whale Defense Campaign of 2014.
    Last year Sea Shepherd put everything on the line to defend the whales of the Southern Ocean whale sanctuary. In doing so we saved 932 whales. Now we need your support to maintain our presence in the Southern Ocean and stop the Japanese whaling fleet from illegally slaughtering over 1000 whales.
    100% of all money raised from this release goes directly to saving whales through the 2014 Operation Relentless campaign.

The Timbers were asked to play at a Sea Shepherd fundraiser in Adelaide in late 2012. They decided to write a song for the occasion. In 'Shepherd of the Seas' The Timbers decided to draw attention to the good people dedicating their lives to the Sea Shepherd cause.

"We all admire the enthusiasm and hard work that people put into the Sea Shepherd organisation and believe the world would be a better place if more people followed their passions."
